What is the percentage of C8 and C10 in your C8+C10 blend?

For our MCT oil blend, one serving (equivalent to 1 tablespoon) has 60% C8 and 40% C10.

How do I take it?

You can take it straight with a spoon or add it to your salad, meal, or beverage using the pump that comes with the package.

When is the best time to take it?

Take it in the morning like what most people do for a quick and long-lasting energy. But as mentioned above, you can also consume MCT before or after a workout, snack time, or dinner. Just pay attention to your maximum daily dose.

What is the maximum daily dose?

We recommend no more than 3 servings per day or 45 ml. Also, we advise that you start with just 1 serving since MCT oil can cause stomach upset and diarrhea for those who are new to keto.

Does this product contain sugar, carbs, or stimulants?

No. Our MCT oil (C8 or C8+C10) contains only fat sourced from coconuts. It does not contain palm oil. It is also free of chemicals and solvents.

What is the shelf life? Do you refrigerate after opening?

We recommend that you consume MCT oil within 18 months of opening the bottle. There is no need to refrigerate MCT oil. Simply store it in a cool and dry place. Make sure that it is properly sealed.

Can I cook, bake, fry with it?

MCT oil is not suitable for cooking since it has a low smoke point, even lower than coconut oil.

How is it packaged?

    I have yet to receive my order!

    Please bring back glass bottle

    I love this product but was disheartened to receive my latest shipment and find that your glass bottle has been replaced with plastic. Please go back to packaging in a glass bottle so your customers will have no worries about plastic chemicals leaching into the product.

    MCT oil.

    I love the product but hate the plastic bottle. After storing my MCT oil next to my coffee maker because it is close and handy I discovered the MCT oil had splattered on my coffee maker when pumping it into my coffee. After a few weeks the oil ate through the plastic water resivoir. I then began to ask myself what it does to the plastic container it comes in? It used to be glass and I felt much more comfortable about storage of the product. I know you must consider cost but lease consider our safety first. Anne
